(BPPVE). The word approved does not indicate any type of endorsement

required by the BPPVE for approval to operate a Post secondary school

| Tuition Assistance: |
- Deferred payment plans as low as $10 per month for the first year available through Sallie Mae Financial for Qualified buyers.
- Many
employers offer College of Automotive Management graduates a tuition
reimbursement benefit of $500/mo (more than the scheduled student loan
payment) to attract College of Automotive Management graduates to their
companies. **
- Tuition may be 100% reimbursed by many employers once you are hired. **
- Tuition may be all or partially paid with VA benefits in many cases (the College is VA approved).
- Tuition may be all or partially paid with Vocational Rehabilitation financial benefits or vouchers.
- Tuition may be all or partially paid by Workforce Investment Act retraining funds for some unemployed candidates.
- Financing is available for nearly all credit situations with payments as low as $300/mo or less.

This is only a brief summary of the terms and conditions of Tuition
Reimbursement provisions offered by employers under contract with DSC.
Dynamic Sales Careers (DSC) is a recruitment and screening agency with
agreements to recruit and screen candidates for dealerships. DSC is an
affiliate of College of Automotive Management. The terms and conditions
of the tuition reimbursement benefits offered by these employers
include $500 per month or $250 per pay period, whichever is more
frequent, as long as candidate is employed by Employer and Employer
agrees to provide qualified candidates all of the benefits provided to
existing employees, plus Tuition Reimbursement to any candidate who
attends and pays for training. Complete terms and conditions of Tuition
Reimbursement benefits will be provided to you at our offices during
your interview, upon your request. The College, nor DSC makes any
claims regarding tuition reimbursement for you and the terms of any
tuition reimbursement are strictly between the candidate and the
employer for which the candidate may choose to work. DSC is not a
career school training company and does not provide any career school
training services, but can recommend you to a qualified career school
training company (The College of Automotive Management) at your
request. Career school training or experience is not required for sales
and leasing associate positions with many DSC employers.
